Lantiex is owned and operated by a young South African team — most of us were born after the year 2000. We're part of a generation that grew up with smartphones in our hands and ideas in our heads. While others saw limitations, we saw opportunities.

Where It All Started

We started small. Really small. Our first mobile app launched on Android with nothing but a dream and countless late nights of coding. No fancy office. No investors. Just passion, persistence, and a laptop.

Within 5 months, that app reached 10,000 downloads. For a group of teenagers from Cape Town, that number meant everything. It wasn't just a metric — it was validation. People we'd never met, in places we'd never been, were using something we built.

The Spark That Kept Us Going

That first milestone lit a fire in us. If we could reach 10,000 people with our first try, what could we do with our second? Our third? We stopped thinking locally and started thinking globally.

We're not just building for South Africa anymore — we're building for the world. Every app we create is designed to solve real problems for real people, no matter where they are.

Yes, we're young. But don't let that fool you. We bring fresh perspectives, endless energy, and a hunger to prove ourselves. We understand our generation because we are our generation.

Every line of code we write, every pixel we design, every decision we make is driven by one belief: that great things can come from anywhere — even a small team of teenagers in South Africa.

Our apps have now been downloaded over 15 million times. But for us, the journey is just getting started. We're still the same motivated dreamers who launched that first app — just with bigger goals and more experience.
