What is Novo?

Novo is a mobility platform in production in South Africa. It connects motorists with independent workshops for roadside and mobile vehicle services, fulfilled at the customer's location.

Workshops review each request and issue a quote before the customer confirms. Customers may track the assignment in real time, communicate with the workshop, and settle payment on arrival by cash, card, or PayShap. The application is available in English and Afrikaans. Account verification uses a South African driver’s licence.

Novo is owned and operated by Lantiex Holdings, headquartered in Sandton. Service availability depends on coverage and nearby workshop capacity.
